Responsibilities:
• Draft and review contracts, and provide advice to company management while seeking relevant regulatory documents.
• Manage and oversee commercial contracts, including contract forms, legal contract retention, and any documents/certificates of guarantee.
• Analyze legal aspects and provide legal advice and support in the creation of an ethical and legally compliant environment.
• Handle the company’s legal identity documentation.
Qualifications:
• Holds a degree in Law from a reputable university.
• Has a minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
• Possesses good knowledge of Commercial Law and Corporate Law.
• Has excellent drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Has good knowledge of legal aspects, such as business law, employment law, and trading law.
• Experience in the E-Commerce industry and overseas funded enterprises is an advantage.
