ADMIN PURCHASING at The Flying Squirrel – Bali

Qualifications:
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Purchasing/Admin in the F&B industry
• Based in Bali
• Fluent in English (both verbal and written)
• Excellent skills in Microsoft Excel
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Good at negotiating and networking

Job Descriptions:
• Source new vendors and suppliers for goods or materials
• Update and maintain records of all orders, payments, and received products
• Responsible for issuing purchase orders, following up on goods and service delivery, and submitting payments
• Ensure that all payment documents are complete according to finance SOP
• Prepare outstanding and aging payment reports
• Handle contract administration requests from vendors to the internal team
• Perform any administrative work related to Purchasing Activity
