We’ve just opened our second site and we’re about to expand further. We have an opportunity for two strong head chefs to join our team.
Your responsibilities will be:
- Creating new menu items, recipes and developing dishes ensuring variety and quality
- Controlling and directing the food preparation process
- Controlling food costs
- Approving dishes before they reach our guests
- Managing, training and working closely with other chefs of all levels
- Determining food inventory needs, stocking, and ordering
- Being responsible for health and safety
- Being responsible for food hygiene practices
Our ideal candidates will have:
- Excellent knowledge of all sections
- Ability to produce excellent high-quality food
- Good communication skills
- Team management skills
- High level of attention to detail
- Good level of numeracy
- Enthusiasm to develop your own skills and knowledge, plus those around you
