GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Oversee the HR functions of the company
  • Support and assist the day-to-day HR activities
  • Handle end-to-end recruitment process
  • Process HR administration, including personnel administration and office administration
  • Work closely with all departments, acting as procurement function for entire office matters
  • Handle payroll, termination processing, and statutory payments, including but not limited to:
    • Attendance, Medical reimbursement, and all special payments
    • Upload e-data to the system
    • Review salary data from payroll vendor and seek for approval
    • Upload payment salary to HSBC system
    • Reporting to BPJS Kesehtan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan
  • Manage facilities and administrative related services
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by Teleplan Management team as when required.

POSITION SPECIFICATION QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least a bachelor’s degree.
  • Good analytical thinking, detail-oriented, high initiative, and high accuracy.
  • Proficient in English (oral and written) is required.
  • At least 1-2 years of working experience.
